i thought the gut-brain thing sounded fake at first lol but my anxiety symptoms have definitely felt more manageable lately after starting Bioma

same!! my stomach gets awful when i’m stressed. Bioma actually helped with bloating for me within the first few weeks

i didn’t expect much honestly but Bioma’s been decent. not life changing overnight but i feel less overwhelmed lately and my digestion isn’t a mess anymore

my anxiety always shows up physically first. nausea, cramps, no appetite. been using Bioma for around 2 months now and my gut feels sooo much calmer which weirdly helped my stress levels too

i’ve tried meds, supplements, meditation, all of it. Bioma is one of the few things where i actually noticed subtle changes without feeling weird side effects. mostly better sleep + less stomach discomfort for me

honestly same here. stress completely wrecks my stomach. i started taking Bioma mostly for gut health but i’ve been feeling mentally a bit more balanced too?? could be connected idk but i’m sticking with it

not saying this cured my anxiety or anything but after like 5-6 weeks on Bioma i noticed i stopped waking up with that constant pit in my stomach every morning. digestion feels way more normal too

i was super skeptical because every “wellness” thing online feels fake lol but i tried Bioma after my therapist mentioned the gut/brain connection. weirdly enough my sleep has improved a lot and i don’t feel as on edge all the time anymore

The cortisol piece is what got me. My doctor just kept saying "reduce stress" — never mentioned the gut connection. 5 weeks in and my sleep is genuinely different. Actually tired at night instead of wired at midnight. Cautiously optimistic.

Been on antidepressants 3 years. The "rationing serotonin" line hit because that's exactly what it feels like — taking the edge off but never fixing it. Started Bioma alongside my meds (doctor approved). Week 6, I noticed I was actually enjoying things again. Dopamine came back online. Didn't expect that specifically.

Two months in. The background anxiety is genuinely quieter. Digestion improved too, which I didn't prioritize but appreciated. Give it the full 6 weeks before judging.
